By accessing or using Revenue Stack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Revenue Stack provides AI-powered revenue operations intelligence, including competitor analysis, newsletter content generation, and subscriber management tools. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) transmit harmful or malicious content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described therein. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revenue Stack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support.
